I just want to say thank you for all that you have done. This is mine and my wife's first home and the experience we had with buying a house from Ivie League Homes was well beyond my expectations of home buying. You are all wonderful people and I am so thankful that I was able to purchase one of your homes. The craftsmanship is first class and you are all very kind and attentive to your buyer's needs. I honestly don't think I will ever buy and future homes from any other builder. I've come across friends and family members who have bought new construction homes like mine from other builder's and they always have significant issues within their first year. All of my friends and family members are jealous of us and we owe all of that praise to you. I can honestly say that the home I live in is one of a kind when it comes to craftsmanship, style, and functionality.
